On the plus side of warmer winter days, not ONLY is it DIVINE to start seeing the sunshine again, but also:
1) You get into your car and it's actually WARM inside because the sun's been beating into it.
2) You're able to finally get a car wash so your blue car doesn't look white anymore.
3) You don't have to worry about "Could be black ice - could be tar!"
4) You may ACTUALLY... hear a bird.
5) Because of the snow melting, there are now PLENTY OF SPOTS once again, in the lot where you park your car at work and no one is parking at an angle that completely dumbfounds you.

You know what I'm talkin' about. The ones that even though they've been parking in the same lot for months (even years), still can't really judge how much space they should leave for another car to come between them, and another parked car.

i have a friend who used to carry around "bad parking" post-it notes. it had a check-list of offenses on it, so you could make an x on the appropriate line and then stick it on the idiot's windshield. genius, no?
